From our fields to your family’s table

Ten steps between a Peruvian field and your customer.

  1. Stage 01

    Picked at the peak

Fruit is harvested ripe, because freezing keeps it exactly as it is. Nothing ripens after IQF.

    OriginPeruvian coast, highlands and jungle

  2. Stage 02

    Checked at the door

Each load is weighed, sampled and sorted at reception. Fruit that misses the standard goes no further.

  3. Stage 03

    Washed and cut to size

Clean water first, then the cut on the order: chunks, slices, halves or puree.

  4. Stage 04

    Frozen piece by piece

A stream of very cold air freezes every piece on its own, so the fruit pours free and portions exactly.

Shelf life at −18 °C2 years

  5. Stage 05

    Packed to the order

Cartons and bags sized to each contract, weighed, sealed and coded so every unit traces back to its batch.

  6. Stage 06

    Held at −18 °C

Finished product waits in cold storage at a constant −18 °C until the reefer container is ready to load.

  7. Stage 07

    Loaded into reefers

Pallets move from cold storage into refrigerated containers set for frozen cargo, sealed and documented for export.

  8. Stage 08

    Across the ocean

The container keeps its setpoint for the whole crossing, from the Peruvian coast to the destination port.

  9. Stage 09

    Into your supply chain

Your warehouse, production line or stores receive fruit that is still frozen solid and free-flowing.
